Kaycie definitely knows what she’s doing. She gave me a very specific plan to follow and as long as you follow it, there’s no reason you shouldn’t see progress! She was always available for any questions and was very helpful. It was awesome to see weekly progress from this plan!
Being busy with deployments and being a supportive auntie to her nephew Bowen, Sgt. Taylor Harrison wasn’t happy with her physique and decided it was time to make a change and really focus on her health and fitness.
