Every program comes with a complimentary Diet Tips and Tricks for Adherence document. Emails not following this format will not receive a response. After your email is sent in the proper format, expect to receive a response in the next 24-48 hours.
How to format emails:
- Enter the name of the program you’re inquiring about in the subject line
- In the body of the email, provide a brief description of what your fitness goals are and the time frame you are hoping to achieve them in. If you are unsure, keep in mind that Kaycie will ultimately help create a realistic time frame after the initial consultation, so be prepared to be flexible with your calendar
- Be specific if you are looking for a workout program, nutrition program or both. To maximize results, it is advised to have a nutrition program with every workout program
- Include any physical limitations and barriers you anticipate causing a delay in results
Each program could take up to one full week to customize based on the type selected and personal factors. Once the initial consultation is complete and payment is processed, there are no returns, refunds or exchanges of programs.
