Happy New Year blondies and WELCOME BACK to Thoughts of a Blonde! It has been quite some time since we last spoke but it has been for a good reason, I promise. While last year was…well…interesting for most, it was an incredible year of growth for the blonde life. While it was hard not writing and posting about all things health and wellness, in that time we spent apart this blonde has spent the entire year rebuilding, rebranding the blog and taking it to a whole new level…as you probably have seen already. Without further ado, let’s go over the changes that have been made. I’ll keep it brief, the full back story is on the about page.
in 2018, I asked social media if I should start a blog, and shortly after I began posting about all things health, fitness and my thoughts on a variety of topics. I had absolutely no expectations with Thoughts of a Blonde, I was just writing for fun. Before I knew it the blog quickly became one of the best parts of my life, growing to having dozens of weekly readers. The amount of positive feedback I received was absolutely incredible and far beyond anything I’d imagined. Nothing has made me happier than writing for all of you and it became a fun outlet to continue one of my favorite hobbies transitioning from college to post-college life, with an exciting and promising new modeling career and a very special someone.
As Thoughts of a Blonde grew I received a lot of requests for health and fitness guidance for help with losing weight and achieving fitness goals, so I started my own online business. I began building workout and nutrition programs for men and women, all with very personal goals. Just like the blog, I’ve seen great success in helping people achieve their health goals and the amount of positive feedback and results was amazing. As word spread and the demand for programs increased, I knew I needed an online platform to expand my business. I decided to combine the blog with the programs to give to you the new Thoughts of a Blonde, your favorite destination for all things health and fitness.
I am a firm believer that if you want something done right, do it yourself. So after months of envisioning, planning, and teaching myself how to code, I transformed my fun, leisure blog into a professional business blog. Believe it or not, the girl who has repelled technology her entire life decided to take on web design. Everything you see on this website was personally designed, customized and carefully coded piece by piece to give to you the best blonde life experience possible. After a long year of trial and error, I am so excited to finally present to you the new and improved Thoughts of a Blonde.
